Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Contact us immediately at info@vaultr.com.co and we'll do our best to help

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. However due to a high demand of order some orders might be delayed, any enquiries contact us at info@vaultr.com.co

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

When will I get my refund?
